Location: It is in Irmak Village in Rize's Pazar district. History: According to the two inscriptions above the mosque's mihrab, the building was commissioned by Turhal oğlu Hacı Osman and built by the masters Müberret and Ali Hüseyin in 1908. One inscription reads: "In this noble mosque... it is decreed... it is the benefaction of Turhal oğlu Hacı Osman. Year 1326/1908." The other reads: "Its masters Müberret and Ali Hüseyin. Mashallah, 1326."
