Location: It stands by the roadside in Kocaköprü (Hotri), which was formerly a village and now holds the status of a neighborhood, in Rize's Pazar district. History: No inscription giving the building's construction date or its founder has been identified. However, three archival documents relating to the building have been found. The first record states that in 1893 Baltazade Mehmed Efendi bin Hüseyin of Hotri Village endowed fifteen hundred kuruş for the mosque built by the village people.
