Location: It is in Küçüktaşhane, formerly named Komika, one of the central quarters of Rize's Çayeli district. History: According to the inscription above the prayer hall entrance, it was built in 1308/1891 by the local residents, commissioned to the master Bekir bin Ahmet. Its inscription reads: "Those who are benefactors, the people of Komika, year 1308/1891. O God, grant them paradise. 14 December. The work of Bekir bin Ahmet. Intercede, O Muhammad. Mashallah." Apart from the inscription, two endowment records have been identified.
