Location: It is in the Taşhane Quarter, formerly named Zancel, in the Çayeli district of Rize. History: A Turkish marble inscription on the north facade of the building, also known as the Zancel Mosque, bears the date 1893. Along with this date, the sources record the names of the masters Mustafa Şişmanoğlu, Osman Palyaçoğlu, and Ruşen Kâmiloğlu.
