Samsun Olgunlaşma Enstitüsü is a historic building in İlkadım, Samsun; This historic building, which also served as the Red Crescent Hospital during the War of Independence, began providing education in the Republican era under the name "New First Boys' School." Later operating as Cumhuriyet Primary School, the building housed various educational institutions until 2022, when it was allocated to the Samsun Maturation Institute and, after renovation and refurbishment, was converted into a Culture and Arts Center.
