It lies east of the district of Safranbolu, about 11 km from Karabük and Safranbolu, and 1.5 km off the Karabük-Kastamonu highway. As the Stone Bridge over the Eflani Stream, 500 m north of the center of Konarı Village, has no inscription, its construction date is unknown. It is thought to have been built during the Candaroğulları period. The bridge is 34 m long and has two round arches. The water arches are flush with the spandrel wall. A long cornice runs above the arches. It is built of rubble stone and cut stone. The bridge's parapets have not survived to the present day.
