The fountain is located on Kulebaşı Street in the Abdulgani neighborhood of Vezirköprü district, Samsun province. The square-plan brick fountain has an eave covered with Turkish-style tiles. The fountain, with a pediment, niche and moldings, has no inscription. It has no cistern. Its tap and trough are in place. Its water still flows. The fountain's mirror stone has brick above it, and the mirror stone and the part below it are made of various stones.
