The mosque is located in the Karanar neighborhood of Vezirköprü district, Samsun province, on the north side of the village. The rectangular-plan mosque has a hipped tile roof. The minaret has a double balcony and stands at the northwest corner of the mosque. The mosque's windows are niched and oval. The portico is covered by three domes.
