The boiler room and transformer are located in the Ethem neighborhood of the Taşköprü district of Kastamonu province, on Block 164, Parcel 137, in the Sulukisede locality, south of the factory grounds. The factory building has a rectangular plan and is owned by the State Treasury. The boiler room and transformer were registered under conservation group "1" by decision no. 6961 of the Conservation Council, dated 04.10.2019.
