Tarihi Hamam, Araç is a historic building in Araç, Kastamonu; The bathhouse, now in Çay neighborhood, was built by Rafet Bey using the rubble left over when the caravanserai in the center of Araç district was demolished in 1902 by District Governor Rafet Bey.

The bathhouse, now in Çay neighborhood, was built by Rafet Bey using the rubble left over when the caravanserai in the center of Araç district was demolished in 1902 by District Governor Rafet Bey. The changing room of this building, made of rubble stone with mortar, is of wood. It has two bathing chambers. It went unused for a long time because of a fire in 1967. Restored by the Kastamonu Regional Directorate of Foundations and handed over to the Araç Municipality, the bathhouse is in usable condition today. —– 1 Republic of Turkey.
