Inscription and history: On the main façade of the building, beneath the triangular pediment, there is a marble inscription. Measuring 0.17 x 0.34 m, it is set in a single column of three lines within three rectangular cartouches. Written in the celî ta'lik script, the inscription is in Ottoman Turkish. It reads: 1- The benefactor of good deeds and charities 2- And he who longs for paradise and its high ranks, Arab 3- son Hasan bin Salih, the year 1332.
