The water mill is located in an open area beside a stream, 500 meters northeast of the center of Evrenli village. The mill remains measure roughly 6 by 10 meters, with rubble-stone walls standing to a height of 1.5 to 2 meters. A doorway opening survives, but the roof has been lost. Part of the stone water channel has been repaired with cement mortar. According to information from the villagers, it was in use until the 1980s. The building is in ruins and no longer in use. Much of its surrounding walls and its roof have been lost.
