It lies within the boundaries of the Muhittin neighborhood in the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ province. Built to a new hospital design prepared in 1939 at the initiative of Corps Commander Salih Omurtak Pasha, it was carried out by the master architect-engineer Abdullah Ziya Kozanoğlu and opened on 21 September 1940. New polyclinic buildings were constructed between 1972 and 1974, and a floor was added in 1984. Although the building has lost its original features over time, in terms of its architectural plan it has survived to the present in the form in which it was built.
