Located on plot 12 of block 187 in the Kale neighborhood, Vize district, Kırklareli province, this single-storey property was built as a shop. It was found to be a small, single-storey building with a square plan. Built to serve as a shop, its exterior facade is clad in wooden boarding. The upper covering of the property, a gabled roof, was observed to be quite worn. The front facade has a wide square window opening, and right beside it a doorway with a rectangular wooden frame. The building was constructed in an attached row arrangement.
