Standing in a spacious garden on plot 1 of block 123, at the corner of Nüzhet Erez Street and Hisar Street in the Kale neighborhood, the building has a rectangular plan running east to west, a ground floor plus one upper storey, and a hipped roof covered with Turkish-style Marseille tiles. Its entrance (front) facade faces the courtyard to the south. Because of the rising ground level, the north (Hisar Street) facade appears single-storey and is windowless. There are later single-storey additions on the west, southeast, and east facades.
