The building is rectangular in plan, with a ground floor plus one storey, a hipped roof and traditional (alaturka) tile covering. It is of rubble stone with timber tie-beams. The building's plot is separated from the street by a rubble-stone garden wall that has partly collapsed. Set within a large garden, the building has an entrance door above which, on the first floor, there are two door openings, indicating that the area above the entrance had a balcony. It is likely that the entrance under the balcony was a porch supported by wooden posts. According to the observations in the inventory report prepared in 2018, there is plaster over the masonry and deformation on the façade.
