In the old cemetery area located about 300 m southeast of the centre of Çavuşköy village, in the Vize district of Kırklareli province, there are squared standing stones 2 to 2.5 m high in the form of menhirs. Some of the gravestones are intact, while others have been both uprooted and broken. The cemetery area contains numerous illegal excavation pits.
