Editor's Note
Over the stream formed by the water flowing from Çayır Cave (Little Cave), within the village of Çayır in the Çaycuma district of Zonguldak province, stands a monumental Roman-period bridge 30 m long, with one main and two secondary semicircular-arched spans. The stones used in the bridge are cut stone. The distance between the Little Cave and the Roman bridge is about 250 metres. Since the exact location of the structure could not be determined, it has been marked approximately 250 m from Çayır Cave. Source: [1] (2010) Cultural Inventory of Ancient Settlements (p. 60).
