The church ruins lie in the village of Çiğdemli (Alakilise), Ormanlı town, Karadeniz Ereğli district, Zonguldak province. There is a wall 60-70 cm high, built of regular cut stones bonded with mortar in an oval form, along with building remains; on the north and east sides of the area there are 2-3 steps. Since the exact location of the structure could not be determined, it has been marked according to the block and parcel numbers given in the inventory record.
