Editor's Note
It was commissioned by Hacı İlbeği in 1360–1363, during the reign of the Ottoman Sultan Murad I, in the name of his son Gazi Ali Bey. It stands at the entrance to Lüleburgaz coming from the direction of Edirne, opposite the Sokullu Mehmed Pasha Bridge in Lüleburgaz. It was built on a square plan with a single minaret, using stone brought from Pınarhisar. [1] Source: [1] Lüleburgaz Kadı Ali Mosque / Gazi Mosque | Turkey Culture Portal (kulturportali.gov.tr)
