Built in the Late Ottoman period, the structure has a rectangular plan and is covered with a barrel vault. The Old Arsenal Building is today used by the Lüleburgaz branch of the Highways Directorate. Its front façade has two round-arched entrance doors. On the upper part of the buttress between the two doors is a rectangular marble inscription bearing the tughra (monogram) of Abdülhamid II. The tughra reads "Abdülhamid bin Abdülmecid el-muzaffer daima" ("May Abdülhamid Han, son of Abdülmecid, be ever victorious"). To the right of the tughra is II.
