Located in the Kahya neighborhood of Hayrabolu district, the building was commissioned by Çorumi Mustafa Bey in 1687. The square-plan Çorumi Mustafa Bey Mosque is built of dressed stone on three sides, while its south wall is laid in an alternating technique of dressed stone and brick. Porticoes surround its east, north, and west facades. Inside the mosque is a women's gallery. Its minbar is of marble, while its floor and ceiling are of wood. Birdhouses adorn the mosque's southeast and southwest facades. In the cemetery to its south are gravestones dated 1022 AH and 1053 AH.
