The building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. It adjoins others on its north and west facades; its south facade faces Fatih Avenue and its east facade looks toward the Semiz Ali Pasha Complex. Fully plastered on all facades, the building has, on its east side, a balcony with iron railings resting on curved iron brackets. Its windows are wooden-leaved, framed, and topped with flattened arches. The window and door edges have stucco jambs imitating stone. The facades also feature vertical projections at the building's corners and between the windows, and a string course between the two floors.
