Editor's Note
It is situated near the railway station area within the boundaries of the İstasyon neighborhood in the Çerkezköy district of Tekirdağ. According to the mosque register of the General Directorate of Foundations, it was built in 1914 by Celal Bey. The rectangular, hipped-roof mosque is built of brick and timber. In 1991 it was repaired by the Mosque Association and reopened for worship. Its symbolic minaret stands at the northwest corner. It was registered as a Protected Immovable Cultural Property (Group 1) by decision no. 3797 of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, dated 17 January 2017.
