In the old cemetery southeast of the village of Kuştepe stand gravestones inscribed in Ottoman Turkish, ranging from 1 to 1.5 m in height, some turban-topped, some fez-topped, and some plain. Eight identifiable graves have been recorded in the cemetery: one turban-topped, three fez-topped, and four of the plain type. Dates between 1320 and 1337 AH can be read on these stones.
