It stands within the boundaries of the Demirtaş neighborhood in the Uzunköprü district of Edirne. Located opposite the Uzunköprü Train Station, these buildings were registered as second-degree immovable cultural property to be protected by decision no. 2768 of the Edirne Regional Council for the Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage, dated 22 October 2009. Built in the early 20th century, the structures lie in ruins today.
