Hafiz Ali Efendi Mill II is a water mill built in the 19th century. The structure was built in masonry using rubble stone. It is covered by a hipped roof clad in pantiles. The mill reflects the plain architectural approach typical of the production buildings of its era, prioritizing functionality. It consisted of a water wheel combining wood and metal, a wooden granary or silo section for storing grain, and the millstone units where the grinding was carried out.
