The mansion stands on Yarımbıyık Street in the Pazarkapı district and was most likely built in the early 20th century. The garden-set, two-story building with an outer hall has lost most of its facade plaster, and its wooden window frames have decayed. Part of the upper floor has collapsed, exposing the load-bearing wooden elements. The interior walls have crumbled, and the building is engulfed in dense vegetation. Today the mansion is severely damaged and derelict, awaiting restoration.
