The Kalcıoğlu Mansion (1320 AH / 1902 CE) is a three-story building constructed in the year noted in the inscription above the garden entrance gate. Built in the Neoclassical style with masonry of cut and rubble stone, the mansion is of the garden-set, inner-hall plan type. It sits on a rectangular area running north–south. Its ground floor was designed for shops and its upper floors as residences, and it is counted among Trabzon's large late-period mansions.
