The Yarım Bıyıkzade Ahmet Bey Mansion is a two-story, garden-set building with an inner hall, reflecting 18th-century domestic architecture. The use of the haremlik–selamlık division together with the layout of outbuildings clearly shows the era's understanding of the home. Built with masonry techniques using cut stone, rubble stone, and wood, the structure has a reclining "L"-shaped plan. The plan is arranged in two sections: after entering through the garden gate to the south, the garden lies to the east and the mansion's main mass to the west.
