It is located within the village of Umurca, in the Meriç district of Edirne province. Numerous Ottoman-period gravestones dating from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries have been identified in the cemetery. The site contains gravestones with turban and fez headpieces, gravestones with traditional supported kavuk (turban) headpieces, and rectangular-plaque gravestones with triangular pediments thought to belong to women.
