Koca Bey Medresesi is a historic building in Melikgazi, Kayseri; The Koca Bey Madrasa was built as a han in 1548 by Kadı Bedreddin Mahmud Efendi, the middle grandson, through Aişe Hatun (the youngest daughter who married Süleyman Efendi, one of the leading scholars of the time), of Şeyh Kasım Efendi, the eldest son of Şeyh İbrahim Tennûri.

The Koca Bey Madrasa was built as a han in 1548 by Kadı Bedreddin Mahmud Efendi, the middle grandson, through Aişe Hatun (the youngest daughter who married Süleyman Efendi, one of the leading scholars of the time), of Şeyh Kasım Efendi, the eldest son of Şeyh İbrahim Tennûri. The han built by this man, founder of the Kadı Mahmud Foundation, was converted into a madrasa by his grandson Abdülkerim Kocabey in 1108 AH (1696). The building stood across from the Koca Bey Mosque and adjoined the Hâtuniye Madrasa.
