Location: It stands in the village of Boğaziçi (Tumaslı), one of the western villages of the Çamlıhemşin district of Rize. History: No inscription giving the date of construction or the founder has been found on the building. The opening warrant in the prayer hall bears the date 1910. Comparing the building's overall condition with the date in the warrant reveals an inconsistency. In studies of the building, an old photograph of it has come to light, and the mosque in the photograph appears, by its architectural form, to belong to the 1910s or even earlier years.
