Location: It stands in the village of Uğrak, known as Çingit, in the Pazar district of Rize. History: The building, also known as the Koçanlı Mosque, has four different inscriptions: three in Ottoman Turkish and one in modern Turkish. A panel written in Turkish on a marble slab to the west of the mosque entrance states that the building was constructed in the year 1230 AH and that this plaque is a copy of an older inscription. According to the second inscription, above the prayer hall entrance, the mosque was built by Muhammed Ağa bin el Hac Hüseyin Ağa in 1231 AH (1815).
