Location: It stands in the village of Çiçekli, recorded by its old name Anzer or Anzer-i Süfla, in the İkizdere district of Rize. History: According to the date above the arch of the mosque's entrance door, it was built in 1318/1900. The Turkish information plaque inscribed on marble to the right of the door states that the building was constructed in 1799 and repaired in 1899. Two documents concerning the building were found. The first records 'an endowment of one kuruş by Camandanoğlu Mehmed Dursun Efendi bin Ömer Ağa of the Beşaretli Neighborhood of Anzer-i Süfla village.'
