Location: It stands east of the Fırtına Stream in the Konaklar Neighborhood (Makrevis/Çelina) in the town center of the Çamlıhemşin district of Rize. History: The mosque, also known by the name Makrevis, has two inscriptions, on its entrance door and on the mihrab. The inscriptions placed one below the other above the entrance door could not be fully read due to outside interference, and only 'the date 1707 and the name Halil Usta?' could be made out. Researchers who examined the inscription could read only the date 1257/1841 in this text.
