Location: It stands in the village of Uzunkaya (Ruspa) in the Derepazarı district of Rize. History: The Turkish information plaque on the entrance facade states that the building was first constructed in 1500 and renovated in 1976. In old photographs of the building, a two-line inscription appears on the gallery balcony railings. The words '... the owner of pious works and good deeds ...' could be made out from the partly illegible text, but no date could be established. The archival records of the building begin in 1756.
