Canayer (Buzluca) Castle is a historic castle in a strategic location in the village of Buzluca in Trabzon's Araklı district. Used during the Roman and Byzantine periods to guard the eastern frontiers, it is connected to Kalecik Castle. Surveys carried out in 1992-1993 identified the castle's ramparts, three chapels, and main entrance gate. Now in ruins, the castle awaits restoration and opening to tourism.
