The school is located in Kamlık quarter of Havza district, Samsun province, on its southeast and outermost edge. The school has a rectangular plan and a hipped roof. The school building also has its own vacant plot of land. There is no inscription concerning the school's date of construction. Although it is said that the building was originally intended not as a school but as a government house, no document confirming this has been found. The foundation of the structure was laid by Çonoğlu Bayram Efendi in 1922-1923.
