PATRON: According to the building's inscription, it was built by Halime Hanım. INSCRIPTION: Today there is no inscription on the fountain. However, as Betül Özcan Balkır also notes, Yüksel Arslan and O. Kemal Karakuş stated that this is the Binbaşılar Fountain (Arslan and Karakuş, 2012, p. 152). The inscription of the Binbaşılar Fountain and the dimensions of the place where the inscription stone of the Mahsenüstü Street fountain should be match one another (Balkır, 2018, p. 664).
