Editor's Note
It is reported to have probably been built in the 17th century. Popularly known as the Medrese Library or the Mecbur Efendi Complex, it is unknown which medrese the building belonged to, as the medrese has been completely destroyed. Since the library has passed into private ownership, it now stands within the garden of a house. It is built on sloping ground, with part of its northern façade set against the earth. It is surrounded by houses to the northeast and west. Its rubble-stone walls terminate in a plain molding.
