Editor's Note
It stood on Timtim Havuzu Street in the Hocaimat neighborhood of Tosya district (Gokoglu, 1952, p. 412). The fountain disappeared entirely over time, and another fountain was probably built recently on the same spot. There is no information about the typology of the original fountain. However, it is stated that when it was first built the fountain bore an inscription, which was also destroyed over time. The inscription, written in modern Turkish based on the original, is today on a metal plaque. The inscription, located on the eastern part and upper corner of the fountain's north facade, reads as follows.
