This is a mansion in the village of Davulcular in the Tahtalı neighborhood of the Derince district of Kocaeli. The mansion was built by Kocabaşoğlu Yusuf Ağa, the father of Rıza Bey. It was used as a headquarters during the years of the National Struggle. Because Beş Divanlı Ali Rıza Bey used the mansion as his headquarters, it came to be known as the Beş Divanlı Ali Rıza Bey Mansion.
