Editor's Note
It lies within the boundaries of the Nüzhetiye neighborhood in the Gölcük district of Kocaeli province. It was built in 1880 by Hacı Ali Paşa, chief chamberlain (Başmabeyinci) to Abdülhamid II. It has since been restored.
