LOCATION: This fountain in the village of Dodurga in the Orta district of Çankırı province faces the main road and stands a few meters back from it. DATE OF CONSTRUCTION: According to its inscription, it was built in AH 1215 / AD 1800-01. PATRON: Unknown. INSCRIPTION: There is no formal inscription on the fountain. Beneath the eaves, beside a pinwheel (çarkıfelek) motif, only the date "1215" appears, suggesting the fountain was built around 1800-01.
