The mosque is located in the Yukarı Mahalle area, south of the neighborhood, in the Upper neighborhood of Karaşar village, in the Çerkeş district of Çankırı province, on block 118, parcel 10. The wooden mosque, owned by the Karaşar Mosque Foundation, has a rectangular plan and a garden as well. The mosque was registered as protection group '1' by decision no. 7261 of the Conservation Board, dated 6 February 2020.
