Editor's Note
This is a water tower built in 1935, on which Swedish, French, and White Russian engineers worked. During its construction the artist Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu stayed in Çerkeş for about a year, working as the engineers' interpreter. It has a 15-ton water reservoir, a pump, and its outbuildings.
