LOCATION: The inscription is located inside the mosque in the center of Dalkoz village, 15 km from the Bayramören district. DATE OF CONSTRUCTION: According to the inscription, the fountain, which has not survived to the present day, was repaired in AH 1326 / AD 1908-9. PATRON: According to the inscription, it was repaired by Koyser Ömer Efendi. INSCRIPTION: In the mosque there is today an inscription measuring 0.60 × 0.37 m, written in relief on a horizontally rectangular stone. The prose inscription, framed on the outside by a thin molding, is written in Ottoman Turkish and consists of three lines. The inscription was studied by A. A. Bayhan and F.
