LOCATION: It is located in Çankırı Province, Orta district, on the south side of the Devrez stream that runs through Sakaeli village, on the extension of the bridge joining the two banks of the village, on block 182, parcel 28. DATE OF CONSTRUCTION: According to the inscription on the fountain, it was built on 1 Zilhicce AH 1296 / 16 November AD 1879. PATRON: According to the inscription on the structure, it was built by Hacı Fettah Efendi. INSCRIPTION: On the pediment of the fountain there is a single-piece building inscription in a horizontally rectangular form measuring 0.65 × 0.27 m.
