Editor's Note
According to legend, he was a son of the Reçber family, of the Pehlivanlar lineage. While engaged in farming, during the threshing season he slipped behind the stacks of stalks while winnowing chaff, and in an instant found himself taking part in the War of 1877-78, where he was seen. The tomb was built in 2003. It is located in the Darıcı neighborhood of central Düzce. www.duzce.ktb.gov.tr
